Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by me, the owner of the farm, sommelier, and wine producer for over twenty years. The experience will begin with a brief presentation of our farm: a family business located in the heart of the hills, which has been cultivating vines with passion and respect for generations.
We will start with a walk through the vineyards, surrounded by nature and the silence of the countryside. I will tell you about our approach to cultivation, the sustainable methods we use, and the cycle of the vine, from pruning to harvest. This is the perfect time to take some photos among the rows of vines and ask questions about local viticulture.
The central part of the experience will be the guided tasting: I will accompany you on a journey of discovery of 3-5 wines produced by us (depending on the season and availability), each of which represents a different expression of our territory. I will use my background as a sommelier to guide you through the visual, olfactory, and gustatory analysis of each glass, but in an informal way that is accessible to everyone, even those who are new to the world of wine. You will have time to ask questions, relax, and enjoy the view, perhaps with a final glass in hand, before we say goodbye. If you wish, you can purchase our wines directly from the winery. The experience is designed to be convivial, authentic, and accessible to everyone, without technical jargon but with a great deal of passion. Our goal is to offer you not just a tasting, but a real journey into the roots of wine, in a place that still follows the rhythm of nature and tradition.
