Dolphins at Sunset: A Multi-Sensory Encounter As the sun begins to set behind Mount Etna, we will sail into the open sea in search of dolphins in their natural habitat. Sunset is a prime time for these majestic creatures to play among the waves.With a bit of luck, you may encounter Bottlenose dolphins, Striped dolphins, Fin whales, or even the magnificent Caretta Caretta sea turtle, all bathed in a golden light perfect for your photos. The Charm of the Illuminated Coast We will visit the most evocative spots of the "Coast of Myths": the Cave of Love, Capo Taormina, the world-famous Isola Bella, and the Blue Grotto. We will stop for approximately 30 minutes where you can enjoy the last swim of the day in calm, crystal-clear waters. A Journey Through the Flavors of the First Greek Colony On board our catamaran, your aperitif is more than just a snack—it’s a cultural experience. We invite you to discover Naxos, the first Greek colony in Sicily (734 BC), through a tasting menu designed to stay fresh in the August heat while celebrating ancient traditions
