Here time slows down and follows the rhythm of nature. The beekeeping practiced is nomadic: the hives are moved between different blooms on the island to ensure the bees have the freedom to collect different nectars. This respect for natural cycles gives rise to unique honeys, capable of telling the story of Sicily's territory, seasons and landscapes.
During the experience you will enter the apiary to observe hive life up close. It is an opportunity to discover the role of bees, the organization of the colony and the path that leads from flowering to honey harvesting, through slow, careful and environmentally friendly gestures.
You will conclude your experience with a guided tasting of organic Sicilian honeys. Different scents, textures and nuances will allow you to recognize the origin and characteristics of each honey.
