Immerse yourself in the tradition of Salento with an authentic experience in our family-run oil mill, discovering the world of organic extra virgin olive oil. The tour will take you into the production areas, which are normally not accessible to the public, to see all the stages of processing up close.
During the visit, you will learn about the history of our farm and the values that guide every production decision: protection of biodiversity, environmental sustainability and the circular economy. You will also learn more about the characteristics of an excellent EVO oil, its nutritional properties, and the importance of an ethical and conscious supply chain.
The guided food tasting will allow you to sample different varieties of oil, learning to recognize their aromas, qualities and possible defects. You'll also discover the best food pairings to enhance every flavor at the table.
The experience concludes with a local aperitif featuring typical regional products: organic oils, olives, seasonal vegetables and baked specialties made with ancient grain flours.
