Join the Cornelia Cocktail Class in Sorrento and learn mixology the fun, approachable way—by making and tasting three cocktails from start to finish. This experience is designed for beginners and curious cocktail lovers alike: no previous experience is needed, just a willingness to try, learn, and enjoy what you create.
Your class begins with your favorite cocktail. With the help of an expert mixologist, you’ll dive into the essentials behind the drink you love most—from choosing ingredients to understanding technique—so you can recreate it confidently at home. Next, you’ll master a classic Italian aperitif cocktail, focusing on balance and proportions. Expect a staple such as a Negroni (or another Italian aperitivo-style classic), prepared the right way with professional guidance and bar tools.
For the final round, you’ll create Cornelia’s secret signature cocktail—a special in-house recipe crafted in their lab. The details are revealed just enough to surprise you, giving you a unique finale and a memorable “only here” moment.
Throughout the class, you’ll work with a curated selection of premium ingredients and professional equipment, with personalized support at every step. As you mix, you’ll also enjoy a tasting of local cured meats and artisanal cheeses, perfectly suited to the aperitivo spirit. You’ll leave with practical techniques, better tasting skills, and three refined cocktails you can proudly remake later.
