Indulge in an authentic, traditional mamma-style Italian cooking class — learn to make either fresh pasta (tagliatelle, lasagna sheets and more), hand-rolled gnocchi, classic sauces or even how to mince and stuff Italian-style sausages! Then we eat altogether what we cooked indulging in good conversations about culture, architecture and culinary traditions (of course!) of the beautiful Napoli and its surroundings. The experience will be tailored to your preferences. I will bring all special equipment required and I can suggest wine pairing combinations.
