Your experience begins with a relaxing walk through our family's olive trees and small vineyard. As we stroll, you will discover the production cycle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and its importance in Italian culture, all while enjoying panoramic views of the Amalfi Coast.
After the tour, we will move to our beautiful outdoor kitchen where the real fun begins! You can choose between two hands-on masterclasses:
Option: Traditional Cooking Class Get your hands in the dough! Following our cherished family recipes, you will learn how to make traditional local dishes, including fresh handmade pasta from scratch. After the hard work, sit down in the garden to enjoy your handmade meal paired with our EVOO bruschetta and an excellent glass of local red wine.
Option: Pizza in a Wood-Fired Oven & Tiramisù An authentic masterclass in our outdoor kitchen to learn the secrets of true Neapolitan pizza and handmade tiramisù. First, you will prepare the iconic dessert. Then, you will make the pizza dough from scratch, stretch it, and bake it together in our roaring wood-fired oven. Finish by enjoying your piping-hot pizza, followed by your tiramisù and a great Italian coffee.
