The activity begins with a brief introduction to local ingredients and traditional techniques, and then you'll immediately move on to the practical part. You'll get your hands dirty, learning how to create the perfect dough and work it according to tradition. Next, you'll learn to prepare an authentic Neapolitan ragù, using the timing and methods handed down through generations.
You will continue with a demonstration and preparation of mozzarella, a symbol of Campania's gastronomy, and then finish with tiramisu, the world's most-loved Italian dessert.
