Begin your experience with a tour of the ancient vineyards of the family, where you will learn about the history and evolution of winemaking on the volcano. Then, return to the tasting room to begin your masterclass.

Start with a sparkling wine made from piedirosso grapes, paired with a mixed appetizer that enhances its dynamics and perlage. Then, enjoy a glass of "Piedirosso Settemoggi" as a prelude to a first course of spaghetti al piennolo del Vesuvio.

Next, savor a glass of 2016 Lacryma Christi, aged in barrique for two years, followed by a glass of "Frupa Piedirosso" in purity, which pairs perfectly with the organic parmigiana made with eggplants grown in the family garden.

Finally, enjoy a 2016 Aglianico Pompeiano, aged in barrique, which prepares the palate for a homemade dessert made by the ladies of the kitchen.
