商品説明
The Terroir Experience was created in the heart of Gambellara, a volcanic area where the soil and the Garganega grape meet to create wines that are deeply connected to their land.
The experience begins in the cellar, where you will enter the world of Menti and the history of a family that has been cultivating vines for generations, following a philosophy based on respect for nature, the soil, and the rhythms of the vineyard. You will discover what makes the Gambellara terroir special, getting a close-up look at the places and tools through which grapes become wine. The route continues through the spaces of the cellar and the places dedicated to processing and aging, to learn more about the way in which Menti interprets Garganega and enhances the characteristics of the territory. We will also tell you about our biodynamic viticulture and the relationship between soil, plants, and wine that guides our daily work, thanks to an authentic walk through the hillside vineyards.
The journey ends where everything finally takes shape: in the glass. You will taste three Menti wines, chosen to convey different nuances of the same terroir and accompanied by an explanation of their characteristics, their production and their connection to Gambellara. It will not be just a wine tasting, but a way to get to know a territory through what makes it unique: its land, its vineyards, and the people who take care of them every day.
