Start your adventure with an early morning departure from Rome and travel through the beautiful Italian countryside toward the world-famous thermal springs of Terme di Saturnia. During the journey, enjoy a classic Italian breakfast featuring coffee and fresh pastries while admiring the rolling hills and picturesque landscapes of southern Tuscany.
Upon arrival at the stunning Cascate del Mulino, spend several hours immersed in the naturally heated, mineral-rich waters that flow over striking limestone terraces. Known for their soothing and rejuvenating qualities, these thermal pools maintain a constant temperature of approximately 37°C (98°F), creating the ideal setting to relax and reconnect with nature.
At lunchtime, enjoy a flavorful meal at a local restaurant and experience the authentic tastes of Tuscany through traditional regional dishes prepared with local ingredients.
Following lunch, take advantage of additional free time to continue enjoying the thermal waters, stroll through the surrounding area, or capture memorable photos of one of Tuscany’s most spectacular natural attractions.
Later in the afternoon, depart Saturnia and begin the relaxing return trip to Rome. Arrive back at the original meeting point in the evening after a day filled with wellness, breathtaking scenery, delicious cuisine, and the timeless charm of the Tuscan countryside.
