Upon arrival in Santa Ninfa, you will be welcomed to the farm and introduced to the experience. The visit begins with a guided tour of the mill, where you will learn about the production phases of extra virgin olive oil: from the processing of the olives to the extraction, with clear explanations of the techniques and the quality of the product.
At the end of the visit, you will move to the olive grove, where the main moment of the experience will take place: a picnic surrounded by nature. Here you can relax and enjoy a selection of typical local products, designed to be paired with different varieties of extra-virgin olive oil. During the food tasting, you will be given guidance on how to recognize the aromas, flavors, and characteristics of the oils, making the experience even more engaging.
