Through this experience, you will have the opportunity to get to know the family business in which the wines are produced.
Balter is home; the family loves their craft and wants to do it to the best of their ability. They work the land respecting the changing seasons and without forcing it, carefully following every aspect of production and managing the commercial and organizational side.
In fact, the company also manages the production process internally. You will be able to see with your own eyes the transformation from the bunch on the vine to the wine in the glass.
Balter tries to be there at all times: that's why, by tasting their wine, you'll be able to discover their personality and what it means for the family to be winemakers.
The history of the castle will also be told, from a military building to a wine cellar.
