Learn how to make panzerotti, puccitedde, and a typical local pastry with me and my family at our country home just a few miles from Ostuni!
We'll try out the three recipes together and then enjoy the results of our work, accompanied by a fine wine!

Panzerotti and puccitedde are traditional fried delicacies seasoned in a variety of ways, whose recipes have been passed down through the generations and are a hallmark of Apulian culinary art. Originally created as “poor people's dishes,” they don't require a huge number of ingredients, but more importantly, the right preparation method, so what better opportunity could there be to learn how to make them!

At the end of the Experience, you will also receive the recipe so you can make them all at home!
