You will have the chance to prepare and taste the authentic recipe made of local fresh basil and pine nuts, we ensure it will be the most delicious you'll ever have! Taste Focaccia with cheese, two very thin layers of dough filled with "Stracchino". Make Canestrelli which are handmade biscuits from Torriglia, a small village on the beautiful hills behind Genoa.
