Choose your own vertical adventure near Madrid. With this experience, you'll have the flexibility to choose one of the three most thrilling and accessible via ferratas from the capital: Priego (Cuenca), Ventano del Diablo (Cuenca), or Sacedón (Guadalajara). Each one offers a unique landscape and challenge, ideal for beginners or for those looking for an intermediate-level activity (K1–K3).
Your adventure will begin with a welcome from your certified mountain guide, who will give you your approved personal safety gear (helmet, harness, energy absorber, and gloves). After a technical briefing, you'll learn the progression and safety techniques, ensuring that you feel comfortable before taking the first step.
At the foot of the wall, you'll begin the ascent along the steel rung route. You'll feel the thrill of the height as you safely make your way up the rock face. Depending on the route you choose:
In Sacedón, you'll enjoy spectacular views of the Entrepeñas Reservoir and cross monkey bridges and Tibetan bridges, culminating in an exhilarating zip line of almost 40 meters that will take your breath away.
At Hoz de Priego or Ventano del Diablo, you'll venture into natural gorges, tackling side traverses, handrails, and suspension bridges while marveling at the beauty of the Serranía de Cuenca and the crystal-clear waters of the river.
Throughout the entire route, your guide will be with you, offering support, advice, and sharing interesting facts about the surroundings. This is not just a route, it's a personal challenge that ends with a great sense of accomplishment and panoramic photos that you'll want to share.
