THE ARCHAEOLOGIST'S ROUTE INCLUDES:

A guided tour of the room where the bottles of old vintages rest, the artisan workshop, the aging warehouse where we make our wines using the criaderas y solera method, the tasting room, and the private archaeological museum. All this, accompanied by a tasting of 6 excellent wines, with 2 still wines and 4 made following the traditional methods of the Montilla-Moriles PDO, tasting a totally unique variety in the world. Plus 4 exclusive, traditionally made vinegars.
