The experience begins with a guided tour of the mill, where you'll have the opportunity to learn about the entire olive oil extraction process step by step — from the arrival of the olives, their cleaning and pressing, to the extraction and storage of the olive oil, and most importantly, the care required to ensure superior quality and what sets an outstanding Extra Virgin Olive Oil apart.
Next, you will take part in a Technical Olive Oil Tasting, designed to teach you how to identify positive attributes such as fruitiness, bitterness and spiciness, as well as how to recognize possible defects. It will be a true sensory journey, where the aromas and flavors reveal the identity of our terroir.
The experience is rounded off with a Casa Relvas Wine Tasting, paired with local produce, offering a moment to share and discover the authentic flavors of the Alentejo.
