We think a city is best explored with a good glass in hand. Because Bremen is much more than the town musicians and the market square – Bremen knows wine! With the famous Bremer Ratskeller, one of the oldest wine cellars in Germany, there is a great wine tradition here in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage of the Old Town.
We take you on a relaxed walk through the historic old town, tell you exciting and quirky stories about the Hanseatic city, and stop at selected wine locations along the way. No shop talk, no wine jargon – just a good time.

Here's how your wine tour will go
Meeting point: In front of the Julius Kalbhenn wine shop (at the Schlüsselkorb), in the middle of Bremen's Old Town.
Stop 1 – The traditional wine merchant: We start at Julius Kalbhenn with the first wine and a casual introduction.
Stop 2 – The historic Ratskeller: Under Bremen's City Hall, an exclusive guided tour of one of the oldest wine cellars in Germany awaits you – including a wine tasting, of course.
Stop 3 – The Grape & Salt: To finish, we enjoy the last glass of wine and savory snacks in a cozy atmosphere. Perfect for a relaxing end to the evening or to jump right into Bremen's nightlife.
Between the stops: A casual city tour with exciting stories – and always with a full wine glass in hand. The tour ends centrally on the famous Böttcherstraße.
