The Coffee Lab accommodates up to six participants. We’ll start by briefly introducing ourselves over a coffee. In our experience, the only way to truly master latte art is through plenty of trial and error, so you’ll spend a significant amount of time practicing at the espresso machine. That said, we will begin with an introduction covering the necessary tools and techniques. We’ll demonstrate the various steps of steaming milk using the steam wand so you can replicate the process yourself—and before long, you’ll be enjoying your very own homemade cappuccino. Creating designs like hearts or ferns in the milk foam involves specific tips and tricks, which we’ll teach you next.
