商品説明
Three stops, three different atmospheres: The route takes you from the Lustgarten, the large garden between the Altes Museum and the City Palace, to Helmholtzplatz in Prenzlauer Berg, and finally to the Mauerpark. Each of these places tells its own chapter in the history of Berlin. The Lustgarten was transformed from the Elector's private garden into a publicly accessible space in the heart of the city. From the very beginning, Helmholtzplatz was designed as an open space for the neighborhood's residents. In contrast, the eventful history of the Mauerpark stretches from its beginnings as a Prussian parade ground, through its division by the Berlin Wall, to its current role as a meeting place offering culture, karaoke, and culinary delights.
We can conveniently travel from one park to the next by tram. Participants will learn how each era shaped its own space. There will be time to take a breather over a caffè latte.
