The tour starts right at the Oberbaumbrücke at the harbor of Solarwaterworld AG, in Friedrichshain–Kreuzberg. Experience the highlights of the city's landmarks in an exclusive atmosphere. On the approximately 2.5-hour tour, we pass by all the city's landmarks that can be seen from the water and treat you to information, drinks and snacks. We pass under the imposing Oberbaum Bridge and glide past the world-famous East Side Gallery. Immediately afterwards comes a highlight of the cruise: the Suncat 120 passing through the Mühlendamm lock. The next leg of the journey takes the solar boat further west down the Spree. Here you can see the world-famous Museum Island cultural heritage site as well as Berlin's government district with the Reichstag and the Federal Chancellery. Not much further on, the central train station comes into view, Berlin's architectural showpiece. The catamaran continues westward to the House of World Cultures, or, as Berliners say, to the “Pregnant Oyster.” There, the boat turns around and sails the route back to the harbor of SolarWaterWorld AG.
There is no general commentary on board the boat, as is common on city tours. Instead, you can find out everything you need to know via audio guides. It is available in German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Hebrew, and Russian. No loud engine noise will disturb you as you explore Berlin from the water.
