Beer, with its many different flavors, is part of the cultural heritage of Bamberg and Franconia. We will learn how this variety of flavors is created from hops, malt, yeast and water. Accompanied by our beer sommelier, we will sample various regional beer styles, paired with savory and sweet tapas. Entertaining stories, not just about Bamberg's beer culture, will round out the evening. We will be guests at the tapas bar in a traditional Bamberg inn.
We will taste 7 regional beers from breweries in Bamberg and Bamberg county in special tasting glasses. We will also serve a corresponding tapas menu featuring Franconian specialties.
