We will start the walk from Manufaktura, the former textile factory of Israel Poznanski, which today is vibrant as a shopping and cultural complex. I will tell you the history of the place - from the power of industry to its modern revitalisation.
Then we'll stroll through Liberty Square (Plac Wolności), the heart of old Lodz, where you'll learn about the city's early development and unusual architectural details.
The next stage is a section of Poland's most famous street, Piotrkowska Street. It is here that you will find beautiful Art Nouveau townhouses, local galleries, and famous murals.
Finally, we will visit OFF Piotrkowska, a symbol of the new, creative Łódź. This former factory complex now houses restaurants, clubs and artists' studios - I will tell you about the transformation of the place and recommend interesting local addresses.
