The Rock City in Adrspach is only 100 km from Wroclaw, and it takes less than 2 hours to get there. When you enter the rocks, you will feel as though you are entering a magical world. It is one of the largest wild rock labyrinths in Europe. The first tourists appeared there in the 17th century. Besides thousands of rock towers, you can admire a beautiful lake with crystal-clear water and a 16 m-tall waterfall. You don't have to be fit to hike there but remember that the narrowest passage is only 0,5 wide).
The trail is well marked and it is impossible to get lost. It is 3.5km long and tourists usually need 2 hours to complete the loop. You have in total 3 hours in the place to enjoy hiking at your own speed, take pictures, or have lunch.
