Katowice: City Tour by Historic Bus｜Poland

Meet your guide at the Katowice Market Square and hear about the foundation of the city. Take a short walk along Aleja Korfantego and visit the Monument to the Silesian Insurgents. Then, hop on a historic bus and travel back to the times of the Polish People's Republic.

Stop at Spodek, a famous sports and entertainment arena, and take some photos. Nearby, visit the Culture Zone, established on the site of "Ferdinand-Grube", opened in 1823.

Visit one of the biggest attractions of Katowice, Nikiszowiec, an extraordinary workers' housing estate built at the beginning of the 20th century. Stop at the Wujek Mine, where tragic events took place in 1981.

Travel through the southern part of Katowice and reach the majestic Archcathedral of Christ the King. Make a penultimate stop at the Silesian Sejm Square and admire the interwar architecture.
