商品説明
I invite you to join a unique guided walk combining nature, relaxation, and gentle movement. We meet twice a day (Monday–Saturday): morning at 9:50 AM or afternoon at 3:10 PM, in front of the Gdynia Wzgórze Sw. Maksymiliana SKM station on Zwyciestwa Avenue. After a short 5-minute bus ride, we step straight into a peaceful forest. A gentle 15-minute walk brings us to a stunning cliff rising 90 meters above the sea. Here, we pause to take in breathtaking panoramic views. From there, we continue along the cliff top before descending to the beach. We take a short rest, and for those interested, I offer a relaxing qi-gong session by the sea. We then stroll along the shoreline, enjoying the sound of the waves, before returning to the cliff for another scenic stop. After climbing back up, we walk along the cliff top once more, surrounded by forest and fresh sea air. Later, we return to the beach for a longer break — about half an hour to truly unwind. This includes: optional qi-gong practice, time for a meal and free time for sunbathing or a refreshing swim. Finally, we make our way back through the forest to the bus stop and return to our starting point. You can expect a perfect balance of movement, rest, and connection with nature - approximately 8 km total walking distance (including ~6 km through forest and cliff paths and ~2 km along the beach) - about 2 hours of walking at a relaxed pace with plenty of breaks (roughly every 30 minutes)
