商品説明
What Is It? The day usually begins too fast. A dog’s rhythm is different—they move when it is time, stop when something catches their attention, and live entirely by their intuition. This is a mindful trek along forest paths and open meadows where you simply follow their lead. Breathing exercises combined with the absolute stillness of nature help you completely release the noise of daily life. You will leave this experience feeling rested, grounded, and carrying a deep sense of balance that is so naturally found in the company of sled dogs.
What’s Included? Gathering and introduction to the experience. Grounded opening breath – leaving the daily rush behind before meeting the dogs. Direct contact with the dogs – free interaction and bond-building inside the dog yard. Slow trek in nature – each participant is paired with one dog, moving together using a comfortable trekking belt and line. Closing breathing exercise and a brief meditation. Gathering for tea and reflection – sharing thoughts in a cozy circle with the dogs freely keeping us company.
Who Is It For? Adults whose minds move faster than their bodies can keep up, and anyone in need of a screen-free break supported by nature. It is also ideal for small groups and teams looking to share a deep, meaningful experience together without the forced pressure of traditional team-building workshops. The trek is paced slowly and is physically manageable for anyone capable of a standard walk in nature.
Practical Info Duration: 2–3 hours Group size: Up to 11 people Clothing: Comfortable, weather-proof outdoor clothes and footwear suitable for walking in the forest and interacting closely with the dogs (please note that clothes may get slightly dirty during contact).
