Rovaniemi to Sommarøy: Private Arctic Tesla Expedition｜Finland

This 4-day private guided Arctic journey takes you from Rovaniemi in Finnish Lapland to Sommarøy Island in Northern Norway, combining remote wilderness, coastal landscapes, and curated scenic experiences.

This is a structured multi-day travel experience led by your private driver-guide, designed to offer a balanced rhythm of movement, nature immersion, and rest.

The journey follows a carefully planned Arctic route through northern Finland and Norway, ending on the remote island of Sommarøy near Tromsø.

Each day includes guided stops in selected locations, where you will explore Arctic landscapes through short walks, scenic viewpoints, and light outdoor activities depending on conditions.

Throughout the journey, your guide supports the experience with local insight, route knowledge, and a calm, flexible travel rhythm. This creates a more personal and immersive experience compared to traditional long-distance travel.

Travel is conducted in a premium Tesla Model X (or similar), with charging stops naturally integrated into the journey as part of rest and scenic exploration.

This is a fully private experience for 1–4 participants. The journey is designed to offer flexibility, allowing guests to choose accommodation and dining preferences according to their own comfort and travel style.

Drone photo and video documentation may be captured during selected stops (weather permitting).

Example itinerary

Day 1 – Rovaniemi to Kilpisjärvi (Arctic Wilderness Route)
Private pickup in Rovaniemi and departure in a premium Tesla vehicle. The journey begins through Finnish Lapland with remote forests, open landscapes, and quiet roads. Scenic stops are included along the way. Arrival in the Kilpisjärvi region surrounded by mountains and tundra.

Day 2 – Kilpisjärvi to Tromsø Region (Fjords and Mountain Transition)
Continue toward the Norwegian border. After crossing into Norway, the landscape shifts dramatically into fjords, valleys, and coastal mountain roads. Several scenic stops are included. Arrival near Tromsø.

Day 3 – Tromsø to Sommarøy (Coastal Exploration)
Short scenic drive to Sommarøy Island. Explore white sand beaches, small islands, and open Arctic ocean views. Time is allocated for walking, photography, and enjoying the environment.

Day 4 – Sommarøy (End of Journey)
Relaxed morning on the island with open sea views. Optional return to Tromsø or continuation independently.

The structure of the journey remains fixed, while the pacing of stops and daily flow may be adapted slightly based on weather and road conditions.
