On this guided tour you'll escape the light pollution of the city to try and glimpse one of nature's most beautiful and elusive phenomena, the Northern Lights. With a local guide driving you, you'll find the best spots to catch the lights, with impressive photos of your night included.
Drive from Rovaniemi to rural landscapes picked out by your guide, who uses weather and aurora forecasts to determine the night's best spots for finding the Aurora Borealis lights. If you catch them, your guide will help take the most impressive photos possible and send them to you after the tour.
Along the way, you'll discuss the ways in which locals interact with the surrounding natural landscapes, and learn about traditional cultural interpretations of the Northern Lights.
