商品説明
Reindeer yoga combines the benefits of northern nature, the calming presence of reindeer, and easy yoga balances your body and mind. During your session, you'll learn about reindeer and life in the north. Our outdoor yoga studio is actually a reindeer fence in the middle of nature, with the reindeer herd as our walls and the sky as our ceiling. Nature has always been a place of peace and well-being for the people of the north, and now you can experience the same tranquility. The surrounding nature, the quiet movements of the reindeer, and the gentle sound of reindeer bells help keep you grounded in the moment.
The reindeer herders will first lead us to the heart of the farm, the reindeer fence. For about an hour, we will practice yoga and various nature therapy techniques using reindeer hides as yoga mats. Afterward, you can visit the farm's handicraft workshop.
Reindeer yoga requires no previous yoga experience and is suitable for anyone who wants to feel good and meet the reindeer.
