Forest retreat is a narrative and multi-sensory deep relaxation guided by professional PH sound therapist. It takes you on a sound journey to strengthen your own relationship with nature. Relax amidst the gentle sounds and vibrations in a safe environment on hammocks in summer and in a warm yurt in winter.
At the end of the relaxation, we sit down to enjoy a outdoor food from local ingredients and delicacies of nature in the laavu by the campfire.
