The Salar de Atacama is the largest saline deposit in Chile and is formed by a depression with no water outlet. It receives water from the San Pedro River and multiple streams through which water from the mountain range filters.
Within it lies the beautiful and mystical turquoise Cejar Lagoon. Its high salt content creates a floating effect, making for a relaxing swim and a fun experience.
Then we will visit Ojos del Salar, formed by two pools of water from underground waters where small reeds and algae grow on its banks.
Finally in Laguna Tebenquiche we will enjoy the great whiteness of salt, along with an aperitif and contemplating in its waters the reflection of the Cordillera ... definitely an unforgettable spectacle.
