The Valle de la Luna tour kicks off from San Pedro de Atacama towards the Cordillera de la Sal in the Atacama Desert, the driest place on earth, heading to one of its most picturesque spots: the Valle de la Luna. The names already give a clear clue to the landscape, where erosion-shaped rock formations, salt mantles, the Great Dune, and views that will make you feel like you're on another planet reign supreme. We'll cross the valley, visiting the Tres Marías, the Canyon, and the Amphitheater. To finish the tour, you'll enjoy the sunset from the Licarantay viewpoint, where you can see how the desert changes color, with large volcanoes on the horizon, offering an incredible show.
