Senja Island is a Norwegian island located in Troms-Finnmark County. It covers an area of 1,586 square kilometers and is the second largest island in Norway. The highest point on the island is 984 meters.
Monday–Friday Itinerary:
07:00 – Departure from Tromsø Drive through the beautiful landscapes of Kvaløya (Whale Island) to Brensholmen Ferry Terminal. 08:45 – Ferry crossing to Senja (approximately 45 minutes) 09:30 – Arrival on Senja Island Visit some of Senja's most iconic attractions: Husøy Fishing Village – a picturesque island community surrounded by mountains and sea; Ersfjord Beach & the famous "Golden Toilet"; Tungeneset Viewpoint and the dramatic Devil's Teeth mountain range (Okshornan); Steinfjord; Scenic mountain viewpoints overlooking the fjords. 13:30 – Continue along the opposite side of Senja toward Finnsnes 14:30 – Rest stop at a service station Travel back to Tromsø via Norway's National Scenic Routes and the E6/E8 highways. Approximately 17:00 – Arrival in Tromsø and tour ends.
Saturday–Sunday Itinerary (The route operates in reverse):
08:00 – Departure from Tromsø Explore Senja's highlights throughout the day 16:00 – Ferry crossing back to the mainland Approximately 18:00 – Return to Tromsø and tour ends
