Maximum 8 people. 4-8 hours, depending on aurora activity and the weather/road conditions. Meet your guide at our lounge 30 min. before departure.
Our Aurora Warranty gives you a chance to join again, for a free tour on our bus excursion, if you don’t see the Northern Lights in the small group tour. This offer is subject to the availability of the day that you choose to join, and must be redeemed directly at our counter.
Photography Guidance: Your professional aurora guide will give a quick photography tutorial, teaching you how to capture the Northern Lights using your camera or phone. Tripods are available upon request.
Your guide will use real-time weather forecasts and aurora activity reports to determine the best viewing spots. You may venture deep into the Arctic fjords, past majestic mountains, or even cross into Finland if necessary.
Once a suitable location is found, we settle in and wait for the auroras to appear. Enjoy a warm cup of hot chocolate, snacks, and expedition food (vegan options available upon request). If weather permits, we light a campfire, allowing you to relax under the Arctic sky while learning about the science and folklore of the Aurora Borealis.
Important Notes: Dress warmly: Arctic nights can be extremely cold—multiple layers, gloves, and thermal clothing are recommended. Thermal clothes will be provided.
If you choose, have a professional Northern Lights portrait taken by our photographer—a lasting memory of your Arctic adventure. Web-resolution photos are included. High-resolution photos will be available for purchase later on our website.

Know Before You Go: The northern lights are often visible even on very cloudy, rainy, or snowy nights. You may experience a snowstorm or harsh weather during this tour. This is normal in the Arctic and we often see the northern lights after this. There is no refund if the northern lights do not appear, but you will be joining on a new tour with our big bus if you do not spot the lights on your first tour (inform at our desk, upon availability). This offer is not valid in the last day of the season
