Meet your guide on Kongens gate, between Akershusstranda and Myntgata, near Akershus Fortress.
Board a comfortable minibus or coach for a scenic drive to the charming coastal town of Drøbak. Upon arrival, explore this idyllic town with its cozy shops, galleries, and Tregaardens Julehus (Christmas House), open all year round.

Next, take a short ferry ride across the Oslofjord to Oscarsborg Fortress, located on an island in the fjord. This historic fortress is best known for its pivotal role during World War II, when it famously sank the German warship Blücher on April 9, 1940.
This crucial act delayed the Nazi invasion of Oslo, allowing the Norwegian royal family and government to escape. Today, the fortress offers a fascinating glimpse into Norway's wartime history.

Explore the grounds at your own pace, enjoy stunning fjord views, and visit the museums. After your visit to Oscarsborg, return by ferry to Drøbak. Enjoy some free time for lunch at one of the many local restaurants or cafés, and continue exploring the town.

Relax on the return journey to Oslo, with arrival expected around 4:30 PM.
