商品説明
Journey across the wild island of Magerøya and experience the Arctic at its most dramatic. Travel through rugged mountains, endless coastline and vast Arctic wilderness as you make your way towards the legendary North Cape.
This is more than a drive to the North Cape. Your local guide will share stories about the landscape, history and everyday life in one of Europe's northernmost regions.
Along the way, we make scenic stops where you can step outside, breathe the crisp Arctic air and capture unforgettable photos. Arctic weather and light are constantly changing, making every journey unique.
The North Cape
At the North Cape Plateau, you will have time to explore at your own pace and stand beside the iconic Globe Monument overlooking the Barents Sea.
Entrance to the North Cape Plateau is included.
You will also receive a North Cape Certificate/Diploma as a memorable souvenir of your journey to the edge of Europe.
Optional North Cape Hall Visit
Entrance to the North Cape Hall (Visitor Centre) is optional and not included in the tour price.
Tickets can easily be purchased on site for approximately €30 per person. We recommend waiting until arrival before purchasing your ticket. This gives you flexibility if weather, road conditions or other circumstances beyond our control prevent us from reaching the North Cape. You will then not have paid in advance for an entrance ticket you cannot use.
What’s Included Round-trip transportation from Honningsvåg Cruise Port English-speaking guide Entrance to the North Cape Plateau North Cape Certificate/Diploma Complimentary coffee or tea Scenic photo stops Carefully planned return to your cruise ship Arctic Conditions
This is a genuine Arctic experience, and nature is always in charge. Weather on Magerøya can change rapidly, with strong winds, snow, ice and poor visibility possible.
During winter, the road to the North Cape is often travelled in convoy behind a snowplough – an unforgettable part of experiencing life in the far north.
In severe weather, unsafe road conditions or official road closures, we may be unable to reach the North Cape or complete the planned itinerary. Your guide will adapt the route to provide the safest and best possible Arctic experience.
Please dress warmly and wear suitable footwear.
Designed for Cruise Guests
Your time in port is valuable. The tour is carefully planned around cruise ship schedules, with a safe and timely return to Honningsvåg Cruise Port before your ship's departure.
Experience the Arctic
A North Cape visit in autumn or winter is not simply sightseeing.
It is a journey into the Arctic.
Snow-covered mountains, dramatic skies, powerful winds, endless horizons and changing Arctic light create an experience you will remember.
You are travelling to one of Europe's northernmost points – around 2,000 kilometres from the North Pole.
Come prepared for the Arctic – and leave with a story to remember.
