Discover the North Cape with locals who know the Arctic better than anyone.
This scenic shuttle tour takes you through the spectacular landscapes of Magerøya to the world-famous North Cape, nearly 2,000 km south of the North Pole. Along the way you'll experience dramatic coastlines, charming fishing villages, breathtaking viewpoints—and one thing many visitors dream of seeing: wild reindeer, which live here between May and September.
As an authentic locally operated company, we know where the island's reindeer naturally roam. Our experienced local drivers continuously look for reindeer throughout the journey, and whenever possible, they will slow down or make safe photo stops so you have the best opportunity to capture unforgettable Arctic memories.
This is more than just transportation—it's a genuine local experience: travel comfortably and relax while our experienced local drivers guide you through Magerøya's beautiful landscapes, sharing local insights and answering your questions during the stops.
During the tour you'll visit several authentic Arctic destinations: • Skarsvåg – one of the world's northernmost fishing villages. • Tufjord – surrounded by dramatic mountains and untouched Arctic nature. • Skipsfjord – a peaceful fjord with stunning panoramic views. • North Cape Plateau – Europe's most iconic northern destination.
At the North Cape you'll have plenty of free time to explore at your own pace. Visit the famous Globe Monument, enjoy the dramatic cliffs overlooking the Barents Sea, browse the visitor centre, or simply take in the fresh Arctic air.
Please note that admission to the North Cape Hall and Visitor Centre is not included in the tour. We recommend waiting until you arrive at the North Cape Plateau before purchasing your ticket. This gives you the opportunity to see the weather and conditions for yourself and decide whether you would like to visit the Hall or simply enjoy the spectacular surroundings of the plateau. Entrance to the North Cape Plateau is included.
Even during summer, Arctic weather can change quickly, so we recommend dressing warmly in layers.
Whether you're visiting by cruise ship or exploring Northern Norway independently, this tour offers an unforgettable journey with breathtaking scenery, authentic local knowledge, and our exclusive Reindeer Photo Guarantee (between May and September)
