Here we'll show you how we grow mushrooms in a disused water reservoir – from the substrate to the harvest.

You can touch, smell, and taste! We'll teach you what mushrooms need to grow and share our story: a civil engineer and a video journalist who discovered their passion for sustainable agriculture.
