On this guided wine tasting, you will immerse yourself in the world of Viennese wines – accompanied by classic Viennese delicacies and seasonal specialties.
You will taste a curated selection of typical Viennese wines – from Wiener Gemischter Satz to elegant white wines to red wines with character – and combine them with suitable culinary bites. The dishes vary depending on the season, but one thing is certain: Wiener Schnitzel is always in season.
You will be accompanied by our wine experts, who will contribute their perspectives, knowledge, and personal insights – in an authentic and approachable manner. At the same time, the chef himself will give you exciting background information about the dishes, creating a lively exchange not only about wine, but also about the accompanying dishes.
The tasting combines Viennese wine culture with a modern city vibe: casual, sociable, and informative, without feeling like a lesson. You'll get a feel for what makes Viennese wine special, how to enjoy it, and why certain pairings work particularly well.
This experience is designed for anyone who wants to discover Vienna in a compact way through wine and cuisine – ideal for groups of 6 to 20 people, whether beginners or connoisseurs.
