Experience a unique morning hike with yoga at a place of power. We climb to a vantage point during sunrise. Once at the top, we welcome the day together with a flowing yoga practice that is suitable for all levels. Then there is a pranayama session (breathing exercise) to calm the mind, followed by a cocoa ritual in which you set an intention for yourself and your day. You take this intention with you into the final Metta meditation (Buddhist meditation for a loving attitude toward yourself and the world) – and then let it continue to resonate within you as we hike back to the starting point through the morning light-flooded forest.
