Begin your adventure by registering at the waterside center and getting kitted out in a wetsuit and buoyancy aid. Listen to a safety talk from your guide before setting off on your tour.
Visit some of Dunmore East's little coves that have been favorite swimming spots for locals for generations, such as Stony Cove, Badgers Cove, Mens and Ladies Coves. Explore seagull and kittiwake colonies and take in the fabulous sea air.
After your tour, take advantage of the showers and changing rooms on site. Then, relax at the cafe overlooking the beautiful coves of the popular fishing village of Dunmore East.
