Hear stories from the distillery's family history of illicit poitín distilling, and learn how poitín and whiskey are made at Micil today. Watch how the spirits are made and learn about botanicals, including the same Connemara ‘bogbean’ that has been added to poitín for over 170 years.

During your experience you will have a tasting of three spirits from the distillery's award-winning portfolio: a poitín, a whiskey, and a gin.
