商品説明
On our Secret Food Tour in Stockholm, a local guide leads you through Gamla Stan, the medieval heart of the city, to uncover the flavours and stories that shaped Sweden's capital.
We begin among the cobbled streets, colourful houses and royal landmarks of the Old Town, where you will taste dishes that reflect Stockholm's deep connection to the sea. Try golden fried herring with knäckebröd, a Swedish classic with centuries of maritime history behind it, then toast skagen, prawn toast piled high with mayo, sour cream, dill and roe.
As we wind further through Gamla Stan's alleyways, you will pause at a candy shop to watch artisans hand craft peppermint sweets, sample a classic Swedish cheese at a cosy local haunt, and try creamy potatoes with lingonberries and cucumber. Along the way, you will pass the Royal Palace and hear how the neighbourhood's historic squares and quaint courtyards have held their stories for hundreds of years.
The tour finishes with prinsesstårta, Sweden's iconic princess cake, layered and finished with green marzipan. And of course, no Secret Food Tour is complete without our Secret Dish, a final surprise revealed only on the day of your tour.
This is a small group experience with a local guide who knows Gamla Stan inside out, blending real history with more than 6 tastings for a genuine introduction to Swedish food culture.
