Our small pack horse tour is a 3-4 hour excursion for anyone who just wants to enjoy horse company while hiking and is also suitable for beginners in handling horses. Together with our relaxed Icelandic horses, we explore the beautiful nature around the Ansättfjäll and don't need to carry anything but ourselves. Our trusty Icelandic horses will carry jackets and sweaters that you want to put on or take off along the way, as well as drinks and a small picnic for the journey. So we can enjoy the breathtaking nature and the calming closeness of the horses, who are always happy to be petted. When we've walked about halfway, we'll find a nice picnic spot, rest, let the horses graze peacefully, and enjoy their company. Finally, we head back home, feeling refreshed. After we return, we'll take care of the horses together and give them their well-deserved food.
