I am a qualified live guide, and I will take you on a private tour to discover all the must-see sights of the historic center. I'll show you some hidden gems. And along the way, I'll tell you how the praline conquered Ghent. Of course, you will also have the opportunity to taste various Ghent specialties. The tour starts in front of St. Bavo's Cathedral. Passing through small alleys, I will show you the Town Hall. A little further on is Rue des Graffiti, which has been home to the best chocolate maker in Flanders since 2024. The Friday market doesn't just sell chocolate. Then we head to the Castle of the Counts and, on the way, we'll say hello to Ghent's Manneke Pis. A short detour will take us to the Vegetable Market, where the cuberdon vendors are located. At the medieval harbor, you could enjoy a magnificent view. Time to take selfies. Finally, before finishing, we pass by the praline maker's displays. There, you'll see the artisanal production of pralines. Of course, en route you will taste the best pralines and the famous Ghent cuberdons. We finish with a plate of Ghent specialties and a local beer or another drink. This is a private tour.
