What if the end of a meal could become one of the most delightful and surprising moments, thanks to the pairing of whisky and chocolate? This workshop invites you to explore the possible pairings between these two exceptional products, long reserved for dessert or as a digestif. By discovering how their aromas blend, complement each other, or interact, you will uncover new taste sensations and learn how to create harmonious pairings at home.
Guided by a passionate expert, you will try out various pairings: the roundness of a whisky softening a more intense chocolate, the bitterness of cocoa enhancing fruity notes, or the sweetness balancing a spirit rich in character. You will learn that it is all about balance—each pairing aims to reveal the soul of the whisky as much as that of the chocolate.
This 90-minute immersive experience at the heart of the distillery will transport you into a world of flavors, textures, and aromas. You will taste an exclusive selection of whiskies and French chocolates, carefully paired for their complementary aromas. A personalized tasting notebook will allow you to record your impressions, identify woody, smoky, vanilla, or spicy nuances, and keep a record of all your discoveries.
Whether you're a spirits connoisseur, a chocolate lover, or simply curious to enjoy a unique tasting experience, this workshop invites you to awaken your palate and delight your guests. Leave with practical ideas to turn the end of your meals into a convivial, refined, and utterly irresistible experience.
