Perched on the rooftops of Paris, in a secret location that few people know about, Jean and Jefferson — mixologist and chef — invite you into their world. Each cocktail designed by Jean is paired with a dish freshly created by Jefferson, for a four-handed experience. Carefully composed dishes, savory or sweet, designed to awaken the same senses as the cocktail they accompany — the aromas, the textures, the balance of flavors, the way an ingredient can transform what you feel in the glass.
