After an introduction to the techniques and ingredients, you put on your apron and get straight to the practical part.
You will learn step by step how to prepare a meringue, master the art of making macarons, pipe regular shells, and create the famous collar. During baking, the chef will give you specific advice to avoid common mistakes and ensure your macarons are a success.
You'll also make gourmet fillings, then assemble them to create your own macarons. The workshop takes place in a small group, in a warm and caring atmosphere that is conducive to discussion and learning.
Finally, you will taste your creations and leave with your macarons, simple tips to reproduce them at home, and boxes to transport them easily.
